(1) Any person who intentionally violates any of the provisions of KRS 211.670 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (2) The penalty provided for in subsection (1) of this section shall not be construed as restricting any remedy, provisional or otherwise, provided by law for the benefit of the Department for Public Health.
