Records and forms covering involuntary hospitalization procedures

The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may prescribe appropriate records to be maintained covering the operations of the cabinet and of the institutions operated by it, and covering involuntary hospitalization procedures. Any record fo rms applicable to involuntary hospitalization procedures shall be furnished to each court having jurisdiction to order hospitalization of mentally ill persons or individuals with an intellectual disability, and the records contemplated by such forms shall thereafter be made by the hospitalizing courts.
