Prohibited discriminatory acts by labor organization

No labor organization shall exclude or expel from its membership, or otherwise discriminate against individuals because of physical disability or on the basis of a human immunodeficiency virus related test; nor shall a labor organization limit, segregate, or classify its membership, nor classify or fail or refuse to refer for employment any individual with a disability, in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual with a disability of employment opportunities, or otherwise affect employe e status or employment applicant status or as would adversely affect such person's wages, hours or conditions of employment, because of physical disability or on the basis of a human immunodeficiency virus related test.
