All payment arrangements between the department, managed care organizations, and the state pharmacy benefit manager shall comply with state and federal statutes, reg ulations adopted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and any other agreement between the department and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
