Substance use disorder treatment for incarcerated individuals -- Requirements

To the extent permitted under federal law, the state's medical assistance program shall provide coverage for substance use disorder treatment, including peer supp ort services and substance use disorder treatment and patient navigation provided by a licensed clinical social worker, for incarcerated individuals.
