(1) Each application for licensure or certification shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee. (2) Examinations shall be given at least two (2) times during each calendar year at those times and places within the Commonwealth prescribed by the de partment. An applicant shall not take an examination until the examination fee is paid. (3) Notice of passing or failing an examination shall be provided to each applicant as soon as practicable.
