Prerequisites to becoming licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor

To become a licensed fire protection sprinkler contractor under KRS 198B.560, a person shall: (1) Have in his or her employ a certificate holder; (2) Comply with the minimum insurance requirements established by KRS 198B.595; and (3) Make application to the commissioner for a license and pay the fees required.
