(1) The bonds shall bear interest at a rate or rates or method of determining rates, payable at least annually, and shall mature not more than thirty (30) years from the date of their issuance, at a date fixed by the commission. (2) The bonds may be made redee mable before maturity, at the option of the commission, under terms fixed by the commission prior to the issuance of the bonds.
