Fiscal court members to be trustees -- Appropriations

The members of the fiscal court shall be trustees of the county law library and shall see that the circuit clerk properly discharges his duties as librarian. The fiscal court may appropriate money out of the county treasury to pay for legal textbooks and d ecisions of the courts of other states, and to replace decisions of the Court of Justice furnished by the state which have been lost, mutilated or destroyed.
