(1) Beginning July 1, 2016, fifty percent (50%) of state moneys expended by the department on programs shall be for programs that are in accordance with evidencebased practices. (2) Beginning July 1, 2018, and thereafter, seventy -five percent (75%) of state m oneys expended by the department on programs shall be for programs that are in accordance with evidence-based practices.
