As used in KRS 156.660 to 156.670 and KRS 168.015, unless the context indicates otherwise: (1) "Council" means the Council for Education Technology. (2) "Technology" includes, but is not limited to, computers, telecommunications, cable television, interactive video, film, low -power television, satellite communications, and microwave communications.
