Kentucky Code § KRS 156.250

Biennial report on education

The chief state school officer shall biennially prepare the report of the Department of Education as established in KRS 156.010 to be submitted to the Governor and the General Assembly. The report shall set out the number attending the public schools, the amount of state funds apportioned and the source from which derived, the amount raised by county school and independent school district taxes or from other sources of revenue for school purposes, the amount expended for salaries of teachers, for the erecti on of school buildings, and for incidental and other expenses in the operation of the public schools under his supervision, together with any other facts, statistics, and information as may be deemed of interest, including recommendations for the improveme nt of the schools.
