Kentucky Code § KRS 150.690

Wrongfully entering park and injuring or killing deer, elk or buffalo -- Treble damages

Any person who wrongfully breaks or enters a park or other enclosed grounds used for keeping deer, elk or buffalo, or hunts, drives, chases, takes out, maims or k ills any deer, elk or buffalo therein shall, in addition to any other penalty, also pay to the person aggrieved treble the amount of damages sustained.
