Permit to take and transport wildlife for commercial nuisance wildlife control, scientific, or educational purposes -- Fees to be set by administrative regulation

(1) The commissioner may issue to any qualified person a permit to take and transport wildlife at any time for commercial nuisance wildlife control, scientific, or educational purposes; such permits shall be valid at the discretion of the commissioner and shall show upon their face the period of their validity. (2) The Fish and Wildlife Comm ission may set fees, by administrative regulation pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A, for the issuance of permits authorized by subsection (1) of this section.
