(1) Any payments of support made on behalf of a needy dependent child who is receiving public assistance shall be deposited by the Office of the Attorney General in a manner prescribed by the Attorney General which is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. Distribution of any payments so made shall be made in a manner prescribed by the Attorney General which is consistent with state and federal law and regulations. (2) The Office of the Attorney General may establish a system to receive and process all child support payments using automated payment options including, but not limited to, telephone and personal computer payment methods.
