Breaks Interstate Park Commission may condemn land -- Conveyances by state to commission

The Breaks Interstate Park Commission may acquire by condemnation in the manner provided in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky such lands lying within this state as may be necessary to be acquired for purposes of the Breaks Interstate Park. Deeds to land in this state comprising the Breaks Interstate Park shall be in the name of the Breaks Interstate Park Commission, KRS 56.030 notwithstanding. Subject to the appr oval of the Governor, the State Property and Buildings Commission is hereby empowered to convey by deed to the Breaks Interstate Park Commission all right, title and interest of the Commonwealth in and to all real property now held in behalf of this Common wealth and comprising the Breaks Interstate Park.
