Kentucky Code § KRS 146.525

Office of Legal Services or Attorney General to bring legal action

It shall be the duty of the cabinet's Office of Legal Services, or upon the secretary's request of the Attorney General, to bring any appropriate legal action in the name of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including but not limited to, actions for restrainin g orders, or for temporary or permanent injunctions for the prevention or correction of conditions which constitute a violation of KRS 146.200 to 146.619 or the provisions of the articles of dedication.
