The Transportation Cabinet may enter into motor fuels tax agreements on behalf of the Commonwealth with authorized representatives of other jurisdiction s providing for the collection, refund, or audit of interstate motor fuel taxes. Copies of any and all agreements shall be maintained by the secretary of the cabinet.
