(a) A salvage vehicle pool shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of this act. (b) A salvage vehicle pool shall have available on the premises a certificate of title or a facsimile or photocopy of the complete title of a salvage vehicle sold by the salvage vehicle pool. (c) The provisions of this section shall be part of and supplemental to the vehicle dealers and manufacturers licensing act.
