Notice of violations to county attorney

The county appraiser shall notify the county or district attorney or the county counselor of all violations by any taxpayer of any provisions of the law relating to the appraisal of property and to sign and verify the complaints or information with respect thereto when prepared by such officer. The county or district attorney shall prosecute all such violations brought to such officer's attention.
