(a) The director of the Kansas office of early childhood shall establish or cause to be established an online information dissemination system that is accessible to the public, including names of licensees, applicants and history of citations and substantiated findings. The director shall adopt rules and regulations that are consistent with the requirements for the receipt of child care ARRA funds and provide for the establishment of an online information dissemination system in accordance with this subsection. (b) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2026.
