The treasurer shall as often as required submit the books, accounts, vouchers, and the funds of the treasury, to the inspection of the legislature, or any committee thereof appointed for that purpose, and to the board of examination. History: L. 1879, ch. 166, § 56; March 20; R.S. 1923, 75-609.
