Any person found guilty of violating K.S.A. 75-2207 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and be fined in a sum not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars. History: L. 1909, ch. 123, § 2; March 10; R.S. 1923, 75-2208.
