(a) It is unlawful to falsely make, alter, forge, pass or counterfeit, with intent to defraud, a lottery ticket or share, or receipt for the purchase thereof, issued or purported to have been issued by the Kansas lottery under this act. (b) Violation of this section is a severity level 8, nonperson felony.
