As used in this act: (a) "Accredited school" means any elementary or secondary school maintained and operated by a school district and any accredited nonpublic school offering any of grades kindergarten through 12. (b) "State educational institution" has the meaning ascribed thereto in K.S.A. 76-711, and amendments thereto.
