The board shall adopt a naturopathic formulary which lists the drugs and substances which are approved for intramuscular or intravenous administration by a naturopathic doctor pursuant to the order of a physician. The board shall appoint a naturopathic formulary advisory committee which shall advise the board and make recommendations on the list of substances which may be included in the naturopathic formulary. The naturopathic formulary advisory committee shall consist of a licensed pharmacist, a person knowledgeable in medicinal plant chemistry, two persons licensed to practice medicine and surgery, and two naturopathic doctors licensed under this act.
