Kansas Code § 65-6b03

Same; when prescribed or administered

A physician may prescribe or administer amygdalin (laetrile) as an adjunct to recognized, customary or accepted modes of therapy or by itself in the treatment of any malignancy, disease, illness or physical condition of a patient who has signed the written informed request substantially as set forth in K.S.A. 65-6b05.
