(a) The board may collect the following fees, and any such fees shall be established by rules and regulations adopted by the board: (1) For application for licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $150; (2) for temporary licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (3) for original licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (4) for renewal for licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (5) for a six-month reinstatement temporary license as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $50; (6) for application for licensure as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (7) for original licensure as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (8) for renewal for licensure as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (9) for a six-month reinstatement temporary license as a clinical marriage and family therapist, not more than $50; (10) for community-based licensure as a marriage and family therapist, not to exceed $175; (11) for reinstatement of a license, not to exceed $175; (12) for replacement of a license, not to exceed $20; (13) for renewal penalty, an amount equal to the renewal of license; (14) for a wallet card license, not to exceed $5; and (15) for application for approval as a board-approved clinical supervisor, not to exceed $50. (b) Fees paid to the board are not refundable.
