After July 1, 1973, no person or governmental unit, acting severally or jointly with any other person or governmental unit shall establish, conduct or maintain a medical care facility in this state without a license under this law. History: L. 1947, ch. 329, § 3; L. 1973, ch. 248, § 3; July 1.
