Kansas Code § 65-34,111

Same; denial, suspension or revocation of license, when

The secretary may deny any license applied for, or suspend or revoke any license issued, pursuant to K.S.A. 65-34,110 if the secretary finds, after notice and the opportunity for a hearing conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act, that the applicant or licensee, whichever is applicable, has:
(a) Fraudulently or deceptively obtained or attempted to obtain a license;
(b) failed at any time to meet the qualifications for a license or to comply with any provision or requirement of this act or of any rule and regulation adopted thereunder; or
(c) failed to comply with local requirements of any jurisdiction within which the licensee has installed, repaired or removed an underground storage tank.
