Kansas Code § 65-2306

Penalty for violations

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act, or orders, rules or regulations promulgated by the secretary of health and environment under authority thereof, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to fine for each and every offense, and in a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100).
