G The secretary of health and environment is hereby authorized to make grants to the trust to be used to provide relocation assistance and to purchase property as provided in K.S.A. 49-514, and amendments thereto, to persons relocating from an affected community and assistance to public school districts as provided in K.S.A. 49-515, and amendments thereto.
