(a) K.S.A. 48-3801 through 48-3808, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas land and military installation protection act. (b) The purpose of this act is to protect certain real property and military installations located in this state by prohibiting countries of concern and any agent thereof from acquiring any interest in such real property.
