(a) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person wrongfully takes any mail before such mail is delivered to or received by the addressee, with the intent to obstruct the correspondence, or to pry into the business secrets of any person or organization. (b) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if they wrongfully open, destroy or steal mail before such mail is delivered to or received by the addressee.
