(a) A licensee, permittee or applicant for a license or permit shall not interfere with, hinder, threaten or abuse, including verbal abuse, any representative or employee of the animal health department who is carrying out such representative's or employee's duties under the provisions of the Kansas pet animal act. (b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas pet animal act.
