(a) Each employer shall submit a report to the secretary containing: (1) The name and address of each job applicant who has been refused employment by reason of misconduct as such term is defined in K.S.A. 44-706(b)(2), and amendments thereto; and (2) such other information which may be required by the secretary. (b) The report required by subsection (a) shall be submitted on a form prescribed by the secretary. Such report shall be submitted in a manner prescribed by the secretary. (c) The secretary may adopt rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. (d) The secretary may use any report received pursuant to this section to determine eligibility for unemployment benefits. (e) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the employment security law.
