(a) No person shall drink or consume cereal malt beverage in the state capitol building or on the grounds of the state capitol building. (b) Violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $200 or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both. (c) As used in this section, terms have the meanings provided by K.S.A. 41-2701, and amendments thereto.
