No mortgage guaranty insurance company may issue policies until it has obtained from the commissioner of insurance a certificate of authority and has complied with the other applicable provisions of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated. History: L. 1977, ch. 154, § 4; January 1, 1978.
