Certificate of authority; revocation or suspension

Each reciprocal shall procure from the commissioner a certificate of authority stating that all of the requirements of this article have been complied with. Upon such compliance and the payment of the fees required by this article, the commissioner shall issue such certificate of authority. The commissioner may revoke or suspend any certificate of authority issued hereunder in case of breach of any of the conditions imposed by this article after reasonable notice has been given to the reciprocal in writing, so that such reciprocal may appear and show cause why such action should not be taken. The certificate of authority shall continue in full force and effect until such certificate is suspended or revoked or a new certificate of authority is issued or specifically refused.
