(a) The secretary shall issue annually to each adult care home a report summarizing by category of licensure, violation and frequency of occurrence those violations which have resulted in the issuance of correction orders and civil penalties within the preceding twelve-month period. (b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the adult care home licensure act.
