Criminal penalties; injunction

(a) Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this act or any authorized rule or regulation of the secretary shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Each separate violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) The district courts of Kansas shall have jurisdiction to restrain violations of this act by injunction without the institution of criminal proceedings. Such injunction shall be issued without bond.
