Kansas Code § 19-3a01

Administrator of Wyandotte county; elected

At the general election to be held in November, 1984, and every four years thereafter, there shall be elected in Wyandotte county a public administrator in and for such county, whose term of office shall be four years, commencing on the second Monday in January next after such person's election, and who shall hold office until a successor is elected and qualified. The public administrator's powers and duties shall be as hereinafter provided. Before the commencement of such person's term of office such person shall take and subscribe and file in the office of the county clerk of such county an oath to well and faithfully discharge the duties of such office.
