The following words and phrases when used in this act shall, for the purpose of this act, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section. (a) "Solid waste" means garbage, refuse and other discarded materials including, but not limited to solid and liquid waste materials resulting from industrial, commercial, agricultural and domestic activities. (b) "Solid waste management system" means the entire process of storage, collection, transportation, processing, and disposal of solid wastes by any person engaging in such process as a business. (c) "Person" means an individual, partnership, company or corporation.
