Whenever, in any law of this state, the words "county supervisors," "county board of supervisors," or "tribunal transacting county business," are used, they shall be construed to mean "county commissioners." History: G.S. 1868, ch. 25, § 176; October 31; R.S. 1923, 19-2605.
