All owners of lots, purchased of any such corporation, shall become members thereof, and be entitled to vote in the election of its officers, and upon any other matters, to the same extent as stockholders in other corporations. History: G.S. 1868, ch. 23, § 126; October 31; R.S. 1923, 17-1303.
