The attorney general, at the request of the secretary of state may initiate an action to recover payments required to be redeposited to the trust under K.S.A. 16-326, or to recover other moneys received or disbursed in violation of this act. In addition, the attorney general may seek to enjoin any violation of the act. History: L. 1982, ch. 96, § 8; January 1, 1983.
