The county clerk, sheriff and witnesses shall be entitled to the same fees as are allowed for like service in the district courts, and subpoenas may be issued by the county clerk for witnesses and served as from the district courts. History: L. 1905, ch. 519, § 5; February 18; R.S. 1923, § 12-508.
