As used in K.S.A. 12-351 through 12-357, and amendments thereto: (a) "Commission" means the consolidation commission of Topeka, Kansas, and Shawnee county. (b) "City" means Topeka, Kansas. (c) "County" means Shawnee county. History: L. 2005, ch. 166, § 1; April 21.
