The county sheriff or other person in charge of the local jail or detention facilityshall notify a registered victim of the following: 1. The offender’s release from custody on bail and the terms or conditions of the release. 2. The offender’s final release from local custody. 3. The offender’s escape from custody. 4. The offender’s transfer from local custody to custody in another locality.
