Members of the executive council, the attorney general, the lieutenant governor, members ofthegeneral assembly, judges of the supreme and districtcourt and court of appeals, judicial magistrates, county attorneys, and persons ordained or designated as regular leaders of a religious community are authorized to visit all institutions under the control of the Iowa department of corrections at reasonable times.
